Plans change — here's how cancellations work.

How to cancel

You can request a cancellation by contacting our support team or replying to your booking confirmation. Cancellations are effective from the time we receive your written request.

Cancellation charges

• 30+ days before travel: 10% of the package value.
• 15–29 days before travel: 40% of the package value.
• 7–14 days before travel: 70% of the package value.
• Less than 7 days: up to 100% (supplier-dependent).

Supplier terms

Airlines, hotels and other suppliers may apply their own cancellation rules, which can override the above. We always share applicable terms before you confirm.

Refunds

Any refundable amount after cancellation charges is processed per our Refund Policy.
